Our commitment
If the product fails to deliver — your download does not generate, or our AI returns an error — we will refund you in full within 24 hours, no questions asked.
When you are eligible for a refund
- Your PDF or DOCX download failed to generate after payment
- You were charged but the AI analysis returned an error
- You were double-charged due to a technical error
- You contact us within 24 hours of purchase
How to request a refund
Email support@getresume.fit with your payment ID. We process eligible refunds within 5–7 business days.
